Garbonzo Beans (Enough to fill your Food Processor)
1 tbsp. Parsley
1 tbsp. Lemon
1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Salt
½ cup Tahini Paste
Grind up the soft Garbonzo beans in your food processor. Add Lemon, Fresh Garlic, Black Pepper, Salt and Tahini Paste. Mix fully.
Serve chilled in a bowl with minced Parsley in the center.
(Variations: Some like to add a teaspoon of Olive Oil in the center, and a little Paprika.)
