Your groom might raise an eyebrow when you ask him to try yoga with you, but the health benefits are too big to ignore. Yoga not only helps your body get stronger, more flexible, and more tone, but it also strengths the mind and spirit as well. Yoga is a great couples’ exercise for restoring balance in your lives and calming your nerves before your wedding day.

Take Dancing Lessons

If you want your first dance to leave an impression, take some high energy dance classes. Dancing is actually a great way to exercise as well.
