All Saints Chapel is a historic building that was built in 1875 on Hillsborough Street, in the downtown area of Raleigh NC. In the early 1900s, the congregation outgrew the small chapel and moved around the corner to a larger chapel on Morgan Street. In 2005, All Saints Chapel was purchased by a third party investor and was eventually restored to reflect the work of its original designer, Reverend Johannes Adam Simon Oertel.
All Saints Chapel is the perfect picturesque place for life’s most meaningful moments. Brides will be able to walk down the same aisle that other brides have used for over 130 years and can say their vows underneath breathtaking stained glass windows. Brides will love the antique wooden aisles that lead to the altar which is lit using the natural light from the five clerestory windows on both side of the five-bay nave. All Saints Chapel features an open floor plan with 18-foot cathedral-like ceilings. The interior space is highlighted by two large stained glass windows that sit above the altar and balcony, and stunning detailed woodwork running throughout the entire chapel. We encourage you to go and see for yourself why All Saints is an architectural treasure in Raleigh NC, and one of the few left of its kind anywhere.
Choosing All Saints Chapel as your wedding venue means you get exclusive use of the chapel and grounds, including the private bridal suite and groom’s study, with your wedding rehearsal included. A downtown location, with parking, that can seat up to 200 guests, access to their sound system, and your choice of vendors and caterers is truly a treasure.
