Mardi Gras 2012 is coming up on Tuesday, February 21.  Mardi Gras is French for “Fat Tuesday”, the day before Ash Wednesday, the first day of the Roman Catholic Lent. Anyone can celebrate Mardi Gras and enjoy the spirit of the New Orleans Carnival.

Buttermilk Beignets with Powdered Sugar

*(Pricing includes disposable china, flatware, napkins, cups, ice and iced tea. Minimum of 10 people. Bottled water, soda and lemonade can be provided for an additional charge.)
